Standard U.S. shipping is included.
Original art ships within 24 hours; weekend orders ship Monday.
Print orders are fulfilled by Printful and process in 2–7 business days.
Pet portraits ship within two weeks of receiving your pet’s photo.
Please contact me for shipping cost outside of the USA.

Returns for Original Artwork
We want you to love your original artwork! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, we’re here to help. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a full refund or replacement upon inspection of the returned piece.
For cases where you’re simply not happy with the artwork (e.g., it doesn’t match your expectations or aesthetic), please reach out within 7 days of receipt. While we cannot accept returns for change of mind on original pieces due to their one-of-a-kind nature, we may offer store credit or an exchange for another artwork of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. All returns must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Returns for Prints
We partner with Printful to deliver stunning custom prints. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered.
If you’re unhappy with your print (e.g., it doesn’t suit your space), reach out within 7 days. Due to the custom nature of our prints, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns but may offer store credit, subject to availability. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Email us to start a return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Returns for Custom Orders
Because of the personal nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchange for custom orders. I will confirm that your are happy with your custom before I ship it to you.
