Shipping Information

Standard shipping anywhere in the US is included in the price.

Your order will ship within 24 hours, if ordered on a weekend it will be shipped on Monday.

Pet portraits will ship 2 weeks from the date I received a high quality photo of you pet.

Please contact me for shipping cost outside of the USA.

Easy Returns

Thank You for shopping at Sonja Forster ART. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges;

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

I will gladly refund you;

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Conditions of return;

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The following items can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged;

Custom or personalized orders. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchange for custom and or personalized orders. I will confirm that your are happy with your custom or personalized order before I ship it to you :-)

Cancellations

Thank you for your booking. Regretfully I do not accept cancellations, but I do offer a credit voucher of the same amount.
